For those of you who've been sticking around, THANK YOU.
I've been pondering the look, branding, and direction I've wanted my photography and website/blog design to go for over a year now. And every time I get a mock-up done, I love it for about a night, revisit it the next day, and don't love it anymore. I'm torn. I feel with the main focus here being wedding photography that my blog should convey some sort of soft, pretty, and elegant feeling to it. I do a mock-up. I love it. But then, I wonder, "Okay, yes, this is pretty, fits the theme of weddings and whimsy . . . but is it me? Then I do something more simple, clean, to the point. And I love it. But then the next day, I look at it and think "Okay, I don't think this is me either". So, until I get that figured out (hopefully in the next week), we'll leave things as is. I've been taking lots and lots of pictures lately, and I will be sure to get a bunch posted soon!

I LOVE your new business name: MADDIE THOMAS sounds so big time! Hope you're doing great! (Let us know if you need help with anything ok?) I miss seeing you guys!
I like the current design you have on here. It's very clean with the nice pop of color. I think you should definitely make it you, and not wedding. Just because wedding is your main focus doesn't mean that you have to make it all frilly. I think the website should be you, and that will attract people.
I'm loving the changes! I understand COMPLETELY about not being able to stick with a decision - I'm the WORST at that! :) I've been wanting to change mine for a while now too, but can't make up my mind what I want it to look like.
I think your site looks great! Remember, only you can be you. :) ha I actually wrote that for a real Hallmark card! that's why it's so AMAZINGLY cheesy. But seriously, I believe it. Sometimes it's hard when there are so many talented people out there to not get discouraged or sidetracked. but really, just being you is fabulous and the best thing you can do. xoxox
